Bungalow in North Gosforth

The Brief 

New extension and loft conversion of existing semi-detached bungalow on a corner plot. The house had been extended previously but the layout and arrangement internally were awkward and did not suit modern living.

The Solution 

Existing extensions demolished to make way for a new extension and loft conversion. Designed to make full use of the corner plot with on site parking and private rear garden area.

Started October 2024 and completed May 2025
